The members of
the SCR Executive Committee and GFWC Arkansas join me in extending a warm
invitation to YOU to travel to Arkansas and join us in experiencing an exciting
and fun Region Conference in Rogers, Arkansas.
You will find
information on the tours, hotel accommodations, shuttle service, meal selection,
booster events and registration on the following form.
If you are
flying in you will arrive at the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA)
where a shuttle is available through Jim’s Express. There is a fee of
$25 per person with a
discount being offered for 3 or more passengers. To reserve your

This year’s
conference will be held at the Embassy Suite Hotel/Spa and Convention

Room Rate:
$149 single/double plus 13.5% tax and includes a full breakfast each morning
and an evening reception.
Cutoff date is
Thursday, September 11. Reservations
made after that date will be filled on a space/rate availability only.

beautiful Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks in Fayetteville. Amid
the lush green gardens you will enjoy
lunch before venturing north to the Crystal Bridges Museum of American
Art. This excursion includes a surprise
stop to complete your afternoon of fun.
Show off your Federation Pride and wear your emblematic clothing and do
wear comfortable shoes.
